Billing questions
Still unsure? Ask us, a person replies.
No. Online payments go from your guest to your own Razorpay or Cashfree account. Their gateway fee applies as usual. We only charge the flat plan price.
Every order a guest or staff member places in a calendar month, whether paid online or at the counter.
Yes, from the Billing page in your console. Your menu, staff and history move with you.
No more payments are taken. Your café keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. The Billing page shows the exact date before you confirm.
